Feel like you don't have friends or family who really listen? Need some time to de-stress and clear your head?
Well, we may have just the place for you!
Whether you've never kicked a ball in your life, or you think you're the next Beckham, My Space My Game could be exactly what you're looking for.
My Space My Game is an accredited mental health-friendly club, delivered in partnership with Leicestershire & Rutland County FA. We believe that men's mental health matters and that nobody should have to struggle alone.
At Blaby District Spartans, we know that football is far more than just a game. It provides a positive outlet that supports both mental and physical wellbeing, helping people build confidence, reduce stress, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
Blaby District Spartans' My Space My Game sessions are open to all men aged 18 and over, regardless of footballing ability or fitness level.
Sessions take place fortnightly on Thursdays at 7:00pm at Countesthorpe Academy.
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, clear your mind, meet new people, build friendships, or simply enjoy a kickabout in a welcoming and supportive environment, we'd love to see you there.
No pressure. No expectations. Just a chance to get active, have a chat, and be part of a community that understands the importance of looking after both your mental and physical wellbeing.
